While invented in 16th century Italy, the 'salon' was adopted with zeal in 17th century France. It became a private space where the great thinkers of the day were invited for evenings of intellectual discussion. Through the art of conversation, they amused each other, refining their taste and knowledge.

In 2015, RYOKO revived the original concept of the salon with a modern twist and became a gathering place for masters, teachers, healers, and curious seekers, focusing on refining the mind through sensory connection and the sharing of beliefs and interests.

At the heart of our Salon events was the endeavor to switch from our logical, analytical brain to a non-judgmental, present-mode brain.
